We are looking for a young individual who would be keen on handling customer queries for a cycling company in Mumbai.
Profile : Customer Service Executive
Graduates fresher can apply
Working hours 11 am - 530 pm
Salary INR 8000/month
Key Requirements:
Proficiency in English and Hindi and Excellent communication skills
Customer-oriented and composed under pressure
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
Ability to multitask
Desired Candidate Profile
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of queries
Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries. Process orders, forms and applications.
Key skills - Client satisfaction, Service delivery quality, Rapid response
Cycle will be provided for commute
Should be able to speak English & Hindi
Should be Punctual
Should know how to use Microsoft Excel
