• Handling Team of Sales Officers and driving numbers through them • Follow and achieve branch sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis • Go the extra mile to drive sales • Ensure branch adherence to operational policies, compliance requirements and security measures • Establish a customer base by working closely on customer acquisition and retention strategies • Market and publicize new and existing products and services introduced by the Organization. • Achieve sales target through effective execution of sales strategies • Actively involved in business development initiatives to support business growth. • Interacting with existing and prospective clients (Investors, retailers and individuals of high net worth) so as to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings and also making them a part of our future projects. • Aggressively achieving the sales target. • Conducting sales calls and closing the leads. • Continuous follow up with the customers and building & retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements. • Interacting with existing and prospective clients (Builders and individuals) so as to keep them abreast with the latest developments and offerings and also making them a part of our future projects.
