Job description We are looking for a 3D Animator to join our creative team Ideal candidate should have • Thirst for learning how people work with the cutting edge experiences we craft. Openness to be wrong and willingness to iterate and find answers to hard problems through prototyping. • Enthusiasm and passion for creating immersive experiences. • Deep knowledge and experience, in how to bring ideas from rough sketch to prototype. • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Must have strong attention to detail and be able to manage multiple projects and meet client deadlines • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Skills in illustration and vector for creating characters or simple FXs Position Responsibilities • Produce high quality animations as per the concept ideas • Meet set deadlines with completed and fully realized animations Work in a highly collaborative environment to fully realize our characters and environments through movement • Communicate with our team when assistance is needed or challenges are presented on the project Desired Skills and Experience • Exceptional skills in animating the human bipedal figure, as well as other organic forms • At least 2 years of experience with 3D animation tools such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender. • Produce character and object animations excellent understanding of weight, silhouette, staging, anticipation, timing, follow through, arcs, etc. • Strong knowledge and understanding of human anatomy and motion. • Thorough understanding of the technical aspects of animation. • Must be organized, goal and detail oriented. Strong communication and problem solving skills. • Must be collaborative - with the ability to take direction and to play well with others. Job Type: Full-time
