The business will be completely responsible for the pin code for which he is assigned(which will be mostly for his house location) TVS will allocate work on a daily basis. The BA will have verify the electronic products purchased by the respective customers and verify about the working condition of the product and report back to the service team. No technical  is required. The BA will visit the customers list given to them and visit the customers.  They will get 5 – 8 customer to visit on a daily basis.
