Job Description

WEEK OFF will provide on Tuesday or Wednesday.

To welcome all the patients/visitors with smile & proper greetings and with warm welcome and guide them properly as per their requirements.
b)	Billing/Invoicing/Cash Management
c)	Daily updating of day-to-day collections & managing patients appointments. 
d)	Handle entire reception area.
e)	Monitoring all incoming and outgoing calls & Taking Messages
f)	Maintaining Inward & Outward registers.
g)	To maintain Attendance/ Stock Registers.
h)	Manage In/Out courier details.
i)	Co-ordinate for housekeeping team, security services & in-house admin activities.
j)	Managing Petty Cash/Petty cash vouchers, Day to Day purchases of office requirements, preparing purchase request order and getting approval, Maintaining inventory of stationary, Medicines, Medical equipments etc. and maintained the record the same.
k)	Other duties as assigned by management.
