Job Description
Mealjunction is an online platform for ordering food from local Foodjoints for pickup or delivery across India and US. We are looking for smart people to handle our back office operations.
The support staff is responsible for handling product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
The job responsibilities include:
• Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns
• Take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing or payments
• Review or make changes to customer accounts
• Handle order issues or complaints
• Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
• Research answers or solutions as needed
• Refer customers to supervisors, managers, or others who can help
• Communicate orders to the merchants when orders are placed by customers
• Confirm orders from the merchants on behalf of our customers and update the system with order confirmation
Skills Required:
Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quick learning, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information , Multi-tasking.
Candidates need to be fluent in English as they will be required to interact with overseas customers as well including US and Canada.
